What is Kinetisense and how does it work?
Kinetisense is a markerless 3D motion capture system we use during your new patient exam. It objectively measures your posture, joint function, and movement patterns to reveal compensations that may be causing pain or slowing recovery. Your results are built directly into your personalized care plan.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor in Coral Springs?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with Patel Peak Performance for an initial evaluation, including your Kinetisense motion assessment.
What's the difference between a chiropractor and a physical therapist
Chiropractors focus on spinal and joint alignment through hands-on adjustments to restore proper movement and reduce nerve interference, while physical therapists focus on rehabilitating injuries through targeted exercise and strengthening. Many patients benefit from both, our office also hosts a physical therapist on-site for collaborative care.
Does Patel Peak Performance treat sports injuries?
Yes. We regularly work with runners, golfers, and pickleball players on injury recovery, movement efficiency, and injury prevention, using Kinetisense assessments tailored to each sport's specific movement demands.
What conditions do you treat?
Common conditions include low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, TMJ dysfunction and jaw tension, postural imbalances, and sports-related injuries. Every treatment plan is customized based around your daily activities, routines, and goals; not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
What is concierge chiropractic care?
It means every visit is one-on-one with Dr. Patel; no rotating providers, no shared appointment slots, and no rushed visits. Care plans are built around your specific body and lifestyle rather than a standard protocol.
What therapies do you offer besides adjustments?
We offer manual therapy, cupping therapy, Graston (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), kinesiolgoy tape, electrical muscle stimulation, PNF stretching, trigger point therapy, percussion therapy and targeted active care exercises, all used alongside chiropractic adjustments to speed recovery.
How much does chiropractic care cost without insurance?

Do you treat children or older adults?
Yes. We provide gentle, age-appropriate chiropractic care for every stage of life, from young children to seniors managing joint stiffness or mobility changes.
