Refund and Promotional Policy

At Patel Peak Performance, we are committed to being transparent about our financial policies so you can make informed decisions about your care. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a care package or taking advantage of a promotional offer.

Care Packages- All Sales Are Final

We offer care packages as a convenient and cost-effective way to commit to your wellness journey. Because care packages are discounted in exchange for an upfront commitment to treatment, all care package sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.

This means:

  • Care packages cannot be refunded after the point of sale, regardless of whether all sessions have been used

  • Care packages cannot be transferred to another individual

  • Unused sessions within a package do not carry a cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit toward other services

  • It is your responsibility to use your sessions within any applicable timeframe communicated at the time of purchase

We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing a care package so you feel fully confident in your decision. Dr. Patel and our team are happy to walk you through what's included and help you choose the option that best fits your needs and goals.

Exceptions

We understand that life happens. The following limited exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dr. Payal Patel:

  • Documented medical condition that prevents the patient from continuing chiropractic care entirely, supported by written documentation from a licensed medical provider

  • Relocation outside of a reasonable travel distance from our office, with supporting documentation

Approved exceptions may result in a partial credit toward future services or an alternative resolution — not a cash refund. To submit an exception request, please contact our office in writing at patelpeakperformance@gmail.com.

Individual Session Payments

Payments made for individual sessions (non-package visits) are due at the time of service and are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your visit, we ask that you contact us directly so we can address your concerns. Your experience matters to us and we will always do our best to make it right.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, Patel Peak Performance offers special promotions on services, care packages, or introductory visits. Please note the following terms that apply to all promotions:

  • All promotions are valid for the current month only and expire at the end of the month in which they are offered, unless otherwise explicitly stated

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or insurance benefits

  • Promotions are non-transferable and may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time

  • Promotional pricing reflects a limited-time value and does not set a precedent for future pricing
